Constance was very easy to work with. She customized the itinerary to our liking, and made flexible arrangements to suit our needs. She was always around for questions or concerns we had. Will definitely use her and Qwerty again if our travel plans take us to the area.

We took a 17-day trip to Argentina and Chile with Qwerty. We were communicating with Constance who was extremely helpful from day 1- she adapted the tour to our wishes. The booking process was hassle-free and all internal flights and tours were booked by Qwerty. We were given instructions to download an app which was very useful- it included vouchers to tours, all flights, details of daily events, links to hotels, map and weather. It was very easy to travel from one place to another due to prebooked taxis by Qwerty. Some drivers do not speak English so prebooking was essential. We enjoyed most tours, especially the mini trekking on the Perito Moreno Glacier, sailing the Beagle channel in Ushuaia, Tierra del fuego, Torres del Paine national park in Chile and Iguazu falls. The only downside was the dinner at El Viejo Almacen and Tango show- the dinner was rushed and rather bland, with a disorgansied restaurant service. Hotels were generally good except the one in El Calafate (Kau Yatun) which needs a bit of modernisation. But other than that, we had a truly amazing time and recommend this tour to anyone!

We just toured Argentina & Brazil (one day) for 12 days with Qwerty travel, it was an amazing tour with very professional and good services by the tour operator. The person who was supposed to pick us up for trips or airport was never late on the contrary 10 -15 min before the time. All people n hotel staff were very courteous n cooperative. I've booked with them different services: a private tour to peninsula valdes that was incredible, a bus and a transfer from puerto Madryn to trelew airport. Argentina and Chile

On very short notice, Constance (Qwerty Travel Director) put together a great trip through Argentina and Chile. While a small part included a couple of tours of Buenos Aires most of it was focused at our request on Patagonia. The scenery there was breath taking and the visits to the glaciers was phenomenal. I would highly recommend Qwerty Travel, and Constance, in particular. She saved the day as a our previously arranged tour with another company was canceled 2 weeks before our planned visit to South America. Constance was quick and very communicative. We loved her flexibility and recommendations! She also rescued us and greatly assisted in our return to Buenos Aires from Punta Arenas after we contracted COVID and had to quarantine for 7 days in Chile. The hotels she provided, the transfers and the airline reservations were fantastic. Constance/Qwerty is your agent if you need to travel to South America!

I really enjoyed my day in Calafate to see the Perito Moreno Glacier. It was very impressive and there are some wonderful photo opportunities throughout the trail. My guide was very knowledgeable and worked to my pace. The trail is a long one but I found it easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend wrapping up warm as it will be chilly. The journey to the glacier was very smooth even though I visited at a busy time of the month. We managed to go through the ticket buying process very quickly and Qwerty Travel handled it very quickly. The tour also includes a boat trip which gets really close to the glacier providing more photo ops. From beginning to end, Qwerty Travel was very professional with the communication and the tour itself. I would definitely recommend them for this trip.
